Drawing on her background in human resources management and accounting at major healthcare and telecommunications companies, Patti manages AFC's business operations including accounting, marketing, and the commercial and residential carpet cleaning divisions. Patti works closely with the leader of the water mitigation, mold remediation and reconstruction divisions to ensure that quality is priority one. Under her leadership, AFC has grown to a multi-million-dollar concern that commands respect across the carpet cleaning and restoration industry.

In his former role, Mark successfully managed 20M+ business operations and saw margin increases of more than 250%. Mark has instituted formal business processes and policies that have helped AFC expand its operations. Mark has also expanded service offerings to increase gross revenue and increase profit margins. Mark helps drive overall company strategy while providing tactical support for the organization.
